The events chauffeuring team works hand in hand with our clients in order to understand their requirements & schedules in order to come up with an efficient plan on how best to mobilize their groups from the minute their flights start arriving till their drop off for their departing flights.
Support is offered on the ground via onsite coordinators located at key locations including airport terminals, hotels, conference halls, and other relevant sites where an event activity is scheduled. Furthermore, contingency plans are drawn up in order to cope with unforeseen changes to the itinerary.
